Hey people, if I want to control a dosing pump to turn on through a plug bar socket if my ph falls below 7.8 and turn off the socket when the ph hits or goes above a set value (say 8 how would I programme this? I have posted this on the GHL Facebook page but no one has answered. Can anyone help me here. Thanks

I do not know but the easiest way would probably to set the pH controller to nominal value 7.9 and hysteresis to 0.2. controller mode - two position. Knit that to a socket (my example S64) with pHx increase. Now will that socket go on at 7.8 and stop at 8. Knit that socket to a physical pump (my example 24) through the function pump react to

If you want a higher shout of - as an example 8,1 - change nominal value to 7.95 and hysteresis to 0.3

There is more complicated way to do it - but I think this is the easiest

Also I won’t be using a GHL doser. I will be using a versa so just want the socket to turn on at 7.80 and turn off at 8

If you want a shout off total independent of the hysteresis - you need to use virtual probes and PL. But this work and it is easy- The probe this way. I use my pH 1 as an example. And from GCC. My example S30 - you need to have the one you have to your doser

So what I am trying to do is to get a dosing pump (versa) to turn on when ph hits 7.8 and then switch off when it hits 8. This is to dose kalkwasser
