Good morning!
Discovered that some of my zoas are morphing. It's amazing to me how they have changed in just a couple of weeks. This frag started with two separate polyps. Originally they all had a gold ring in the middle with a blue center (left picture).
Now one group has a pale greenish ring with a green center and the other is all orange and white speckled.

Good morning. Still planning on Thanksgiving side dishes.

Candied yams - green bean casserole, stuffing (as usual)- mac n cheese. My son wont eat that boxed stuff. pies.. I make my own sweet potato pie. Apple pie from my sister in law. Wait, those are desserts aren't they?
Dinner rolls, I'll be attempting croissants for the first time.

No wonder why I am so tired. All I can think about is what to cook. There is a lot of recipes out there.

You can do it.
Have a can of crescent rolls handy. If croissants don't turn out go to plan B. It's a holiday, not a test. Enjoy it.

If people like to eat what you make all the time why change it for a holiday. Yes I used to do that, but I stopped.

Need a little steam to develop your crust. Pitch a few ice cubes in the bottom of the oven.

I got nothing on that. My first home made ginger bread house in 5th grade was basically a giant donut house. It got eaten though.
