Good morning, it’s cold near Chicago today. Was sweating yesterday. Taking care of my overgrown planted tank and water changes all around.
My girlfriend agreed to let me put a 40 breeder in the living room. It’s a good weekend. Just have to sand and paint the stand before I can get started

Over the weekend, I opened up the shipping boxes to what was supposed to be my two new black CoralCare lights. This is what was shipped to me instead...



While the vendor made it right, I'm back in the waiting game for my new lights... hopefully this weekend. Btw, I went through my order history with this vendor and they have botched over 1/3 of my orders over the past 2 years. ;Facepalm

Good morning/afternoon. Been a rough few days for the pup. After getting over major surgery and doing so well, now we're dealing with seizures. Scared us to death. She's on 2 meds now and is doing ok.

On the good front, I got my 2nd "shot" yesterday and have had no side effects. Glad that's done!

bought 4 black mollies and 3 trochus snails for my bowfront that has had only rock sand and inverts in it for awhile. I ordered an Eheim auto feeder and pellets for it. I bought a banded serpent star to replace the missing one, and some larger shells for the hermits in my 75. Hopefully the star doesn't end up being for the hermits in the 75.

Met this little beauty at the Vets office today. She lives at the hospital and is a blood donor.
“Bush Kitty” was very well behaved for her check up, blood and urine draw. Should have test results in 2 days!

Good morning! Thanks for all the nice thoughts and hugs. We're just taking things one day at a time with our sweet girl. I somehow managed to work this week and decided to take off Friday to have a 3-day weekend. I need it after sleeping on the couch downstairs with one eye open!
