Good Morning!

Good morning everyone! I never thought I would go on a cruise with covid going on, but I just got back from a cruise. The cruise line recently changed their policy and would only let people sail if they had been fully vaccinated two weeks or more before the cruise and those too young to be vaccinated needed to have an on-site rapid test before getting on the ship. They were also only carrying 20-25% of the normal number of passengers, so we decided to sign up for 3 day trip at the last minute. It was great. I am always amazed how big those things are! Here is an example - a picture of one of the two movies theaters on board. This only shows about 1/3 of the seats and there is also a large balcony. It's the biggest movie theater I have ever been in. Also, just because I like it, here is picture of my daughter as a thunder storm was approaching last night.

We LOVE cruises and miss them terribly. I'm so glad to hear you had a great experience. We have one scheduled in January, but if it doesn't happen, our plan B option is a condo in Clearwater! :)

Good Morning Everybody!
Hope Y’all had a nice holiday weekend. I was going to detail our “ride” today but it looks like Angela is going to have to drive it to Memphis this week for business. Normally, she would rent a car but there are NO rentals to be found in our area right now. After the flood in Waverly, so many vehicles were destroyed and most of those folks are in rentals through their insurance.
Makes no sense to do a paint correction on it to have it plastered with bugs in one day. LOL! Check the fluids and clean the windows is all it gets this week.
A while back, we were all chatting about Keurig coffee makers. Ours started acting up a few days ago ( of course, we just bought a bunch of pods for it ) so we went out and bought a Nespresso machine yesterday. Sure does make a tasty ”cup-O-Joe”. We haven’t tried the milk frother yet but Latte’s are Angela’s thing so I’m sure it will get tested today.
Hope you all have a great day!

I believe I have the only cat in the world that likes to be snatched up an held with his head hanging down while you vigorously rub his stomach.
Louie has been practicing his creepy cat walk for Halloween. I hate the part though were I have to paint him black and then wash it off the next day. But the show must go on.

My husband will never buy me an nespresso or keurig. I do love my Rachillio Silvia. But, he replaced her for an early 3 yr anniversary gift. I never think about those things. But he sure did... Now to find a grinder to go with the new machine.

Milk frothing is an art form. 26 yrs of making caps and lattes, I still can't get the latte art right. ;Bucktooth ;Sour She'll have fun!

Good morning everyone! Was a long and much needed 3 day weekend. I hope you all enjoyed it :)

I'll bring you a frag to take home as a souvenir! Just let me know before hand so I can get something started on a plug.

Good morning everyone!

Good morning. Got a couple of fish coming in this morning. So far they have made it from Florida to Indy so it should arrive on time.
Dog I’m sitting is going home this morning. 12 day stay turned into a 14 day stay. More $ for me! Have a great Wednesday!

Louie is gorgeous :)
Good morning all. I'm already for the week to be over. I don't know why. I never get a day off anyway.
Mornings are currently nice and cool, evenings are rather warm.
Time to enjoy breakfast and the coffee!

Good Morning My Friends!
Should be a beautiful day here today. High of 80* with low humidity.
I hit the ground running this morning and have been getting little projects done since 0500hours.
Amazon should be arriving today with a few different assortment packs of coffee flavors for the new machine and a rack to keep them in.
Angela is on her way to Memphis then has to fly in to Dallas on Friday morning to terminate a Dr who just can’t control his urges to sexually harass his staff no mater how many “time outs” he gets. After that, she flys back to Memphis on Friday afternoon, picks up our car at the airport and makes the 3 hour drive home. She is going to be ”one tired camper” on Saturday.
Looks like the hummingbirds may be starting to migrate already. The past few days, there have been swarms of them at our feeders. We went through almost a gallon of nectar this weekend.
Have a great day everyone!

That's done

Those white planks, besides making the over the top overflows fit do this.

After

Hides all the stuff on the back and nothing will grow on the returns or overflow.

Good Morning!
yesterday i went on a ride. I just map-quested the route i "could have" taken as opposed to the one i did take. i was pleasantly surprised to learn that the direct route was 88 miles round trip. i only rode 146 miles to get there and back. I thought my sense of direction had taken me way out of the way, being in Indiana and all; but my finder and the position of the afternoon sun got me home eventually. and i did see the raptors. IMG_3318.jpeg IMG_3322.jpeg they had hawks and owls too, the Hueston Woods nature center, shelters and rehabs where possible.
