Good or bad hitchhiker

Just got home from local fish store and I found this on the bottom of the plug.

It’s like a snail with a tiny shell on its back. The shell is too small for it to hide in. It's very tiny.

Maybe a seahair?

Edit: thought that reflection was the white markings that those have.
Makes that a stomatella...my bad...
