Good or bad worm thing?

Sorry the pics bad, it retreated before I could get a good one
It's white, has a black stripes down it, and is slender

I tried, might try again later
I'm guessing it's a detritovore, came out of a hole and started picking around the bottom
Oh yeah it's segmented too
And rather quick was able to book it back to it's hole in twenty seconds more or less
