Gray dots on hippo

Does anyone know what might these gray dots on the hippo tang are. He's breathing normally and eating well. Can it be from the rocks, I have vermitid infestation.

This may be result of flukes but need pics, preferably video using bright white light intensity, No blue lighting for best assessment

If you can post it to YT. They have better resolution that gives us a clear view of the fish. Many times videos posted directly here also have buffer issues.

I like YT because it lets you post up to 4k.

How long has the fish had these marks? Pending a video under white light, this fish may have head and lateral line erosion, HLLE.

It has had it for around a week. Can it be due to sting from the rainbow anemone?

I believe the scientific name is Entacmaea quadricolor

Thanks. Those have very mild stings and would not have caused this.
