Green blobs and red stringy stuff
Looks like GHA (Green Hair Algae) and Red Turf Algae - pic is a bit fuzzy.
Normally I'd say clean up crew and watch your nutrients...but I don't see any corals on that rock. Unless it's live rock and you want to various stuff that shows up...I'd remove and scrub off. Manual removal in the tank is a pain. All kinds of guides on how to clean rock - pick one you like.
If it is live rock from the ocean...well then, go with a CUC for each.

Macro algae , cyano and a little regular algae.
The relationship they all have is chemistry. Check or have your phos and nitrate levels checked to assure the levels arent elevated.
Snails such as
Turbo
nassarius
nerite
Astrea
Trochus will be helpful with mainting this to a level of control. Some ble leg hermits will also help
