not all acros are the same when it comes to lighting/flow requirements. either there is something out of line in your water (trace elements), or its a lighting/flow issue(which could be unlikely unless you changed something recently as i do see some good amount of base growth).

that acro came with all the growth on the plug. well if it was to much light It would be bleaching right?
the acro next to it is getting about 212-250 par less than that one and it has shown growth and great color. both were put there at the same time

a month. I just now moved it to a different position cause everything else in the tank is doing great. some polyps are out. looked for pest and didn't see any. it my just be the flow/light combination its not liking. im not the pro just the only thing I can think of.

put it close to the sand, or on a rock, or lower. let it cool off a bit from all the moving around in the tank. once it bases out more, you can slowly try moving it up higher towards the light.
keep water parameters stable, as well as lighting/flow. it should bounce back!
