When I spot feed my frags, my green slimer acro puts off alot of stringy slime that floats, eventually detaches and floats around the tank. Can this harm other corals, fish or nems?

That’s strange. I’ve never seen my green slimer do that. However, I have seen other SPS extend their stinging tentacles during feeding. I’d say it’s definitely a possibility but don’t know for sure.

I have a few corals that do this if I spot feed something like reef roids. Never had an issue with it so far but I’m not 100% sure if It can cause problems. One acro in particular does it. My torch is the worst though, it creates a blanket of mucus that goes all over when I turn the pumps back on
