Hi, Welcome to Reef2Reef!
A few questions.

Are you using rodi water?
Have you tested for ammoina?
What are the numbers from your tests? Perfect is kinda relative, the numbers are important indication of whats going on in the tank.

Yes I'm using rodi water

These don't appear to be in the same order as the results card.
Im assuming the red test is the Nitrate. Its through the roof.
The dark green tube is Ammonia?.

Just by looking at the tubes I would think the second tube is ammonia.

Can you test the nitrate and nitrite again please?
You don't have a phosphate test?

2 Kessil 80's

Well, I would say check the bulbs, but LEDs and Kessil LEDs at that are pretty good. Maybe time for a reboot and a UV sterilizer? How long did it take to get like this? Test your RODI water to be sure? Sunlight not hitting the tank right?

Maybe alittle sun nit sure how long its on the tank

That kind of bloom wont happen with light. it has to be fed by nutrients, like culturing phytoplankton. its pretty much what is happening in the tank right now.

Trick is what's the source?
