Grey spots developing on my dragon soul Favia

Please help. My Dragon Soul Favia is developing some grey spots on it near the mouth. Please help me ID the problem

It is the coral expelling waste. Take a turkey baster or coral feeding tube and use it to gently blow that off the coral. Just use tank water.
