Hammer happy or floppy?

New hammer. Is this hammer not getting enough flow or just right? I was happy at first because when I moved him to lower flow he opened up more and I can’t see any skelly now.. but then I read they can be floppy if too low. Thoughts?

Looks to be okay. Just a baby it seems.

It looks ok to me. Is it on the sand? Maybe should be higher in the tank, but depends on the lights you are running. They like light.

Ok put him higher. I think the flow is better for him here too.. will see if he likes it here and then take him off the plug.
