Hammer not looking hot

Hey guys, I have two hammers and a frog spawn. All seem to be pretty happy except for the one in the middle. Parameters are normal. Would moving it slightly down to give it a bit more room / light help?



Here is a reference of when I first got this frag and the frogspawn, as you can see the frogspawn has grown a decent amount.

Check for pests.. a dip would be good to see if flatworms are the problem.

Tank parameters? Lighting / Flow? Age of tank, how long has it looked like this?

Hammers and frogspawns often look funky when expelling waste and bounce back pretty quick.
