Don’t know if this is right place to ask this buuut,, what would be the protocol to store n keep ,,Pure ocean water/// my thought was to fill plastic garbage can and put large air stone on bottom to keep moving and adding oxygen to water,,,, any thoughts would appreciate feedback on what I should do

I wouldn't describe ocean water as pure. IMHO that's the problem. It's alive. And some of what is alive in it you probably don't want in your tank... well, at least I wouldn't. And I have fairly easy access as well. In fact, when I collect live critters I always do several 100% water changes for that critter before I add it (without any water) to my tank.

Just my personal opinion about raw sea water.
