hey all i currently have a 25 lagoon with a depth of 12 inches. i have one hydra 32 above it. im looking to have mostly sps on the rock and some lps in the sand. The few sps i already have are doing great on the rock including a maxima clam but most of my lps on the sand bed are getting way too much light besides the red goni and elegance which seem to love it. i moved a few to very shaded spots which are practically under the rock and they look better. Does anyone have suggestions on the mounting height for the light. Also maybe settings and intensity. Ive been using saxbys lighting schedule with lowered intensity. I dont have a par meter but the club by me does. Unfortunately there is a long wait for it. I dont want to lower the intensity too much since my goal is mainly sps but i would hate to see my lps wither away.
