Yes,... That's a bunch of aptasia... This is my first battle with them...They are strong little buggers!

I have had a few in years past, but they really didn't ever take off. I noticed one right at the base of the big rock about 7 or 8 months ago... I should of attacked them right away...Now I have a full outbreak.

I personally didn't have any luck with peppermint shrimp, some do. I also didn't have any luck with Aptasia X or any other, some do. I even bought the Majano Wand and no luck there either, some do.

Decided to try a Copperband Butterfly. After the QT tank and a few weeks in the display, it finally found its appetite for the little boogers. No more aptasia. And besides, I personally think they are a beautiful fish, but that may just be me.
 
I tried a couple of peppermint shrimp and a copperband. The copperband ate my featherdusters and not the aiptasia. I am going to try some berghia nudibranch, I think they will be my answer....cross my fingers......wish me luck, I need it.
