Hi everyone, I've been lurking here for a few years now and thought I would finally introduce myself. My name is Thomas and I have been keeping fish for around 15 years. I made the switch from freshwater to saltwater in 2020 and haven't looked back since. I initially was going to go FOWLR but fell in love with corals early on and switched to a reef tank. I started out slow and made just about every mistake you possibly can, but I think I'm a better reefer for it in the end. I was pretty limited on space so my current tank is a 75 gallon mixed reef with all HOB gear. However, my wife and I were fortunate enough to move into a larger house this year, and things are quickly starting to outgrow the 75 gallon (looking at you Derasa clam), so I am also in the middle of starting an IM 200 EXT. I'll get a build thread up for that shortly, and in the meantime just want to say thank you to this awesome community. I wouldn't be nearly as far as I am without being able to find answers to just about every question I could think of here.

Current system:
-75 gallon Aqueon tank
