Daniel here, jumping back into the hobby after 10-11 years.
I used to have a 65 gallon and a 90 gallon setup when i was younger no kids not married.

Finally getting back into it now with 2 young kids.

Just setup a Innovative Marine 25 Gallon lagoon. Things sure have changed pricing wise for a lot of items.

Hi Daniel and Welcome Back! Glad you joined. It's a great hobby but yes prices have crept up. Sometimes I can find a good deal on used equipment, so that has saved me some money and maybe if you watch local-to-you sites you'll also find items.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)
