Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I am SaltyBiker aka Kolby whichever you prefer to call me. I have been in the hobby off and on for 15 years. I was 15 years old when I started helping my mother and father with their 120g FOWLR and 45g reef cube (should give you an indication of my age haha). After buying my own place post graduation, I set up my own saltwater tanks and used the research, experience, and knowledge from my parents to get me going.
Currently I have a 65g SPS dominated tank with 20g sump/fuge and I have a 4g pico reef with mushrroms, zoas, and softies. The 65g has been setup over a year and was an upgrade from a 30 gallon reef I had setup for 6 years and transfered to the 65g. Before I had the 30g I had a 120g and a 72g bowfront reefs that I had to consolidate, sell off and downgrade to the 30 for finalcial relief while I was going through some personal life strains that we all go through at one point or another.
I'd like to think I am pretty well experienced and have made my share of learning errors over the years to share with others in order to help new people to the hobby prevent errors of their own and that is exactly what I do regularly in my local Texas community. I belong to many local Reef groups and we trade, network, and share experiences and advice. I am fortunate to have such a large reef community in my area. I will be continuing to set my profile up with pictures. Please feel free to ask me any question pertaining my methods and/or equipment and I will be happy to oblige.

P.S. Mick the Pipefish wants to say hi (attached Picture)

Thanks!
