Doing my best to make waves.
I grew up fishing too. I'm from MN (land of 10,000 lakes) and spend most of my childhood fishing in MN and Canada with my dad. I probably got the tank bug from that. I now live in AZ where fishing is basically made of stocked fish in a man-made lake -- just not the same. Like you said...different forum. :)
I'm an Aqueon gal too. The 90 is a great size...you get the length plus the height. You will love it. Be sure to start up your build thread right away...and we want pictures. It sounds like you are doing it right so far.
