Dang, I'm in mohave county. I think I know the only reefer in 100 mile radius. Closest frag store to me is Vegas. Now I look for excuses to take the wife for a weekend away. ;) win win.
That sucks... how is the store in Vegas... Nice.. I am 3 and a half hrs from Vegas.. Only 4 hrs from L.A I know they have some Good Shops There..

Welcome back to the life. You nem looks fabulous, what problems is it causing you?

He hasn't eaten a fish ... yet as far as I know (I did have a 6 line dissapeare. . He May have jumped because the dottyback wouldn't leave him alone. Or the nem ate him)

Mostly he just goes on hikes randomly. He finds a spot and seems happy for a month or so, then takes a stroll over my zoas or my pavona, they are both recovering from his last couple walkabout. Since settling back into the hobby I have found my interest and ultimate goal is an sps dominated mixed reef. Something which he is not compatible with... luckily I have a 65 gallon cylinder tank that is maturing (and waiting on lights) that I am going to turn into a nem tank. (My wife likes the anemones). The nem and his host (the cinnamon clown) are going into that tank. (And possibly the dottyback since he's apparently not compatible with a wrasse, and I want/need a wrasse)

I have once again been captivated by this hobby. I once had a reef 10 years ago lit by power compacts holding only softies, rocks, and fish. Due to some life situations and a budget, I had to shut it down and move on.

Now, life is settled, the kids are older and an old buddy that donated me her old marineland 75g . This was enough to suck me in again. The acquisition of knowledge and the neverending challenges are what drives me (and likely most of us) in this hobby.

I am somewhat of a tinkerer, and I refuse (and can't) overpay for something I can get for cheaper or build myself.

My tank is 5~ months old at this point,
