Hi there fellow reefers:)
My name is Rob (AKA Hockeynut) I've been poking around for a while and figured I would register and say hello.
A little about myself;
Recently I have been running a 90 gal mixed reef, the tank has been running for 2 years, I also have a crazy reefing 11 yr old son who has a 40b with a 20 long frag tank running off another 20 long sump ref.
Long long time ago I decided to get into salt water (back in the late 80's early 90's) I ran fish only tanks some of you remember those days of bio balls and wet dry filters LOL
I moved into reefing with a 70 gal back then with MH and actinic florescent setup. Boy I wish I knew then what I know now it was tough just to keep something alive never mind frag and grow it.
I attribute most of my recent success with knowledge gained from fellow reefers, I am a member of NJRC my local reefing club

Great to see you posting over here rob! Tank is looking great. How is the new lighting working out?

Thanks the tank is bouncing back nicely. I love the t5 led combo the pic in the post above are led only t5s off already. Thanks guys this site seems to have a lot of nice people on it, hey if they can honor Kevin they are alright with me :)
