I am new to the site, but not new to saltwater tanks. I got bit by the bug in 2005. When my husband came home from Iraq he got me my first saltwater tank. It was a 12 gal. Aquapod. For years I enjoyed it and it did great. I did end up switching my Aquapod for a 12 gal JBJ nano cube.
I hate to admit that the last few years I have not been diligent with my tank and I ended up getting a huge briopsis/hair algae outbreak. It is for that reason I have joined.
Almost everything in my tank needs to be replaced (moon lights don't work, gaskets are all broken, cover over lighting is missing screws etc) so I ordered a new JBJ with LEDS.
I want to get my tank back on track and looking beautiful again.
It has been so long since I cycled my tank I feel like a newbie.
