what is this algae and how do i fix it ??

These are just diatoms, very common in a new tank. They pass on their own after a couple of weeks. You can start increasing the number of snails, they will help.

Keep every parameter in the traditional ranges with little to no flux day to day, week to week.

Let the system mature up with good guy algae and bacteria’s, while mostly unseen, these guys keep rocks clean and sands white, with the help of a few snails.

But they are slow to come.
