I'm setting up my 210g and plan to start out with 4 kessil 360's while keeping my options open to run up to 6 360's in the future. In order to make my life simple I had the idea to mount the kessils to some sort of track so that I can slide them to different positions easily while trying to get the right coverage.

Goal is to have something secure enough to trust holding my lights but enough play to purposely slide the lights while they are mounted. I was thinking of something as simple as a piece of 80/20 with channels for the light mounts to slide in.

Anyone do something similar and want to share?

You could build a frame out of the 80/20 like you said and use some of the rollers/wheels and brackets that are other there. A single piece of 80/20 could be hung while the lights are mount on the rollers and slide the length of the tank as needed. Just a thought.
