Forgive the long post and numerous pictures. I’m having some issues with my tank. Nothing major….yet but it’s definitely not where I want it. The tank is 220g 72x30x24 inches deep. I have 3 Radion g4 pro xr30 suspended 12” over the water with diffusers attached running 80% ab+ The top of the rock work is 8” below the surface. My Alk is 7.8 (Hanna and trident) Calcium 440 (Trident) Magnesium 1340 (Trident) nitrates are 35, phosphates .08 (Hanna) salinity 35ppt (Milwaukee) Many of my acros have brown tips and have had them for quite some time now. Some not all. 1 solar flare, 1 unknown acro, Dan Akroyd (most damaged) Green Slimer and all 3 wwc yellow tips none of which are showing yellow tips all have brown tips. My Walt Disney, Barney Acro, 1 of 2 solar flare millepora (the one under higher light is fine) Picachu, Oregon Tort, and both purple stylo colonies along with several torches, hammers and other lps are all fine. I have some brown stuff on the sand bed at the ends of the tank looks more like diatoms than cyano. No algae issues that I can see. I dose DIY alk using sodium hydroxide, BRS calcium throughout the day both via apex dos and TM Balling part C manually once a week. I also dose 5ml tm bacto balance once a day and reef moonshiners trace elements. Attached are photos, a video and my last icp from January 4th. Pictures all taken with orange filter.
