Hey y’all… need advice.
I have invertebrates (shrimps, snails, hermits) and 2 anemones and a toadstool coral.

I need to know if there is something safe for them all- to treat my fish.
Clownfish and fire fish goby have some fin rot and also I think my clownfish has “hole in head” hex thing. It’s a little sunk in spot that is getting bigger.

I have used rally but I don’t think it’s doing the job for the tail rot.
I’ve been reading up on melafix marine, general cure and seacham but still hesitant on what to buy. TIA

I'm sorry, I don't have any specific advice other than to suggest you move the fish to a hospital tank to treat.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Pictures would help, as well as more background information. Here is a link to some hints about posting a disease problem report:

Praziquantel is reef safe, but it only treat flukes. Most other "reef safe" medications are also "parasite safe". Herbal remedies and tonics rarely cure active infections.

I’ll take pics when I get home, yes there’s carbon in the filter, I feed a frozen mixed meat food from an aquatic store as well as brine shrimp, plankton and blood worms. I switch it up so they get a lot of diff things.
