So my first coral, a lobophytum leather, appears to be dying. It was previously thriving and even overgrowing, to the point that I had to remove it from its current location. Unfortunately, what I did clearly infected it, as it turned yellow, and is now losing tissue at an alarming rate. At first, I figured it was shedding, but something clearly isn’t right. I need advice fast, as this is a coral I don’t want to lose. Would it be wise to separate the healthy tissue, and if so, how should I do this without further infecting it? Thanks!
