HELP LIGHTING MY 75 GAL

I have a 75 gal 48 in long... really want leds for my tank.. want it to be a mixed reef.. looking into SB reef lights... dont want to spend over 500 bucks on a light... any reccomendations? ANd whats the white powder coating for? ALso i currently have A dual t5 and 2 kessil A150 s sky blue

I have a 48 in long 55 gal with 2 chinese marsaqua LEDS that amazon sells 2 for 185$. Hammer coral and bta at the bottom and have great color, lights up the entire tank
 
Id go with the SB's. The basic models are comparable to the mars in price. Its the bells and whistles that cost.
