Help needed with apex. Modules missing.

Yesterday I was doing a water change. Turned off heaters, skimmer, return pump, dosing pumps. When I tried to turn everything back on. Nothing works. This morning all my modules are missing, disconnected. The things that I had not turned off are still working. Not sure what to do.

I would reboot the apex Brain first. And of course check all your 1link cables and "USB" cables

Perhaps you shared the wrong picture. Modules aren't displayed there. Unless you're showing us there's a red triangle...

I know the one EB8 32 is missing due to repair. All the others are missing.

Were you able to fix this? It happened with me today, and I thought I’ll delete and factory reset it… but it’s just disappeared and the modules aren’t coming back now.

if your device is still under warrenty you should contact neptune.

If its not, then i would double check your EBB328

when I lose power, there is a 50% chance I will lose at least one module, sometimes more. They re-add themselves back as new modulues. It's so much fun getting to go and reprogram what's on them, and then remember what other virual outlets and things rely on those items! I got the "it happens" from Neptune the first time so now I just live with it. It is easier if you go and delete the old version of the module in fusion, then all the dead outlets disappear.
