Ive been having my tank for about 2 months now i have 2 clown fish and a fire shrimp I recently noticed that the sand started turning brown and it seems to spread faster with uv light on i seen that this is perfectly normal for new tanks and that its Diatoms can anyone confirm this or help in anyway tank is completely cycled and water levels are great

It's a possible maturity of the tank, did you have diatoms at the beginning of the cycle? What do you mean with great water levels?

Im no this is my first time having diatoms and water levels were all good when I tested them
