Picked up a beautiful hammer about 3 weeks ago appeared to be doing fine. Over the last few days it's rapidly dying away. Not sure it's my hydra light intensity or the importance of feeding?? Bubble not looking too good either. Other softies ( bubble tip ) thrieving. All thoughts Greatly appreciated.

How old is the tank, what are your water parameters, and where in the tank do you have the hammer Coral? Any pictures?

125 gallon well over a year old. Placed about midway up in the tank. 1.24 salinity, 11.9 ph all others good little high on nitrite. Three weeks since a 30% water change

Depended on your lighting setup try placing it in the sand bed Hammer corals tend to like low light and low flow
