Help on subfloor thicknesses

I live on second floor flat j was wondering how thick should the subfloor should be.

Do you have the floor plans for your house? Do you notice any bowing on the floor?

I think the support question is a lot more complex than the subfloor thickness.

Being next to a load bearing wall is more important than subfloor thickness.

If you think subfloor thickness is your concern then you’ll want to hire an engineer to spec out the floor.
