I was looking in my tank with the lights on red, and I saw this one anemone looking clear thing with with bubble tips on the tentacles. After a closer look, I saw they were EVERYWHERE and there are at least 25 in my tank. Can anyone ID this? I did some research and it seemed like they could be a ball anemone. Opinions? Also, what do people think of these? I saw mixed reviews, some saying to get rid of them, and some saying they are harmless. If so, how do I remove them.

Thanks

Also, what’s that white stuff in the first image? Some sort of sponge?
