Help Please! iPhone 6 Photography

Why is this happening? I'm trying to take a picture of my tank with my iPhone 6 then edit the photo, but these horrible lines pop up after taking the picture. Is there something I can do to fix this? Thanks! And is there any other tips you have taking pictures with iPhone 6?

I am using the AI Prime.

Very strange. Never seen that before with any iPhone. I use a 4s. I'd suggest using Gel Filters but I'm thinking somethings up with your phones camera.

Yep. Those three lines are at the same spot in all three photos. I bet your camera needs a warranty claim.
