HELP PLEASE!

Hey guys I dont know what to do it anymore!! PLEASE HELP!
I have an apex classic for about 5 years now. Everything was doing fine until my ALD started to go off a least 50 times a day with txt messages and email as I setup for no reason. I go to the tank, and there is no water anywhere leaking Its been like this for 2 months. I dont even check it anymore. But I know one of this times it can be a real leak. So I bought a new modum, new aquabus cable, and new sensors... still the same problem. I even connected to a different db8 What can I do now? Its day and night with the messages, and emails!

those are mostly status on and off except for the last one.
Can you post the actual programming text in your email alert setting.
In most cases placing a DEFER statement with a few sec can take care of this issue

Defer 000:30 Then ON
this statement added to email alert will cause everything that set alarm to be in condition for 30 sec before alarm is triggered. You can change the time to 10 sec or 5 or whatever you want. Add this statement in the email alert text as the last statement and save it.

I disconnected the aquabus from the module, and I’m still receiving txt messages. I dont know whats going on!

Should I do the txt messages alarm as well?

once the statement is copied in that screen make sure to save it by sending it to cloud on right hand top corner.
Plug the cable back in and reboot the system.

Should move it to the last line of the alarms then?

I have the same exact problem with mine... I have an Apex Lite... all day long...

yes defer should be one the last line.
Save it then reboot the system making sure you have plugged the aquabus cable back in,
Then see if it does it again.
