Fingers crossed. I would contact Neptune with your purchase date and see what they say about the apparently bad sensor.

I have the same exact problem with mine... I have an Apex Lite... all day long...

Repeated Status ON / Set OFF alerts are because you have the email alarm slider in the ON position instead of the AUTO position.
