So looking at other Critter ID threads here it looks like I have a spaghetti worm problem. What will get rid of these? They are populating out of control in my tank and seems like their tentacles are stinging/at least annoying some of my corals. Any help is much appreciated.

Definitely spaghetti worm. I'm not aware of anything that will eat them. You can try manual removal and making sure there is not an abundance of excess food. The more food they get the more they'll replicate.

Halichoeres wrasses may eat them....maybe a dottyback.....but they are generally considered very beneficial. I love having them. But I would second what Crabs says, feed less. Less detritus and excess food equals less detrivores, which these are.
