HELP SICK ROYAL GRAMMA & GOBY

Today I just noticed weird behavior with my royal gramma and noticed its color looks whiter than usual. It’s breathing is normal and still actively eats. I spent an hour trying to get a good picture but couldn’t. I’ll still keep trying though. Since I noticed my gramma was off I checked every other fish and noticed my clown goby was sick too. He still swims around like normal and eats well too. Please help me figure out what’s wrong and a way to help them I’ve had both fish for over a year and never had sick fish till now.

Are you sure? It looks really bad on the goby and won’t it spread to other fish?

It looks like little white spots on the goby and the gramma is whiter than usual

2 clowns, citron goby, Pygmy wrasse, naoko wrasse, blue damsel, fire fish goby, 2 bangai cardinals and a watanabe angel fish.

I'd suggest giving the R2R Fish Medic guys a chance to weigh in here, I'm sure they will be along soon

The spots on the goby could well be marine ich; Cryptocaryon. You can confirm this by comparing the number and location of the spots day to day; if they change location and generally increase in numbers, then it has ich.

I couldn’t see any similar spots on the royal gramma, but it is scratching. That species often gets flukes, you can treat that with praziquantel right in your display tank.

However, if it is ich, all fish are going to be needed to be treated in a tank with no invertebrates.
