a couple of questions, It looks like flukes but I am not the got to on disease. We do have folk that are. can you give us info to help us diagnose. How long have you had him, do you QT, what are the water numbers.
we can see if we can get this over to disease forum and #reefsquad help.
also a freshwater dip should be done
