Help to find CaRx fitting

Hi folks!

I would need your help to name and find where to buy these fittings to replace in my Korallin C-1502 calcium reactor.

I am not sure on those specific fittings but you should be able to find an NPT threaded to john guest fitting at most hardware stores and they will work the same.
