Help!! Utter Chaos zoas look unrecognizable

My zoas went thru a fungal infection a few months ago and now they look like this after furan 2 dips and iodine dips and lots of patients how do I get them back to normal

They've been on the snad bed for a few months now should I move them into the shade? is that what is causing the skirts to recede

Same thing just happened to me and then one day I woke up and every single one was gone. No trace, nothing. Just gone. Three separate mini colonies.
