Hi guys. Hoping someone can help me. Recently my fire fish has been un well, his belly has swollen up, he's not eat very much and his swimming has resoted to staying at the bottom and is breathing heavy. My clowns are perfectly fine and so are my corals. Water parameters are all spot on too. I'm really worried he won't make it. Iv bought a cheap qt and NT labs anti fluke and parasite but I have no idea if he has worms as he normally goes the toilet in his cave. Really appreciate some help or guidance as I'm really worried for him

First key with these guys are aggression. I dont see signs of such, , , next suspect- Water
What is current:
Ammonia
nitrate
ph
salinity
Water temp

Are you using RODI water or tap water from faucet ?
Is fish eating
Is it breathing normal or at a fast rate?

Hello.
Water parameters are all good
Water is rodi from lfs made with reef salt.
Ammonia is 0
Nitrate 5
Ph 8.2
Salinity is 1.026 constant measure with hanna.
Water temp is 25 degrees

His breathing isn't to great atm and his belly has been swollen for a few days now, he's not really eating either and he seems to be swimming or drifting into the glass a bit.

Fish may be constipated or internal parasite.
Check that water from the LFS as many on here have purchased water from LFS to find it high in nitrate/phosphates, resin, silicates and TDS.
What test kits are you using? If API, you may be getting false test results as they are notorious for.

I'm using nt marine labs testing kits and hanna for salinity. I'm 90 % certain now it's worms as I can see one from his rear end. Got my hospital tank and medication being delivered tomorrow to try get him help. I'll have to do some googling about setting a hospital tank up as not sure if I need to cycle it. Thanks for your help though

They are indeed susceptible to worms. PraziPro should also work
