Acros are more rewarding. I don’t get the craze though. I like stuff with more movement like euphyllia and zoas for color.

I love it all. They all have great things about them. I am a big fan of lps and euphyllia (if that's like frogpawn hammers and Duncan's etc) bubble stuff lol

So at my local pet store they are selling this Hammer. It's almost like a blue? And the other is like brownish kinda. Anyways it's one frag!! Which I think is awesome. They're asking $100 for it and labeled it as a marbled hammer, but I dont think its a marbled. I found a similar hammer on another site that remind me of it. How much do you think is a good price for it

? I'll post pics. Screenshot_20200215-220230_Samsung Internet.jpg
Don't PAY MORE THAN $50.00 they are a dime a dozen at frag swaps and eBay for about $35.00. Just like the jacked-up prices on torches. Let your finger do the searching and you will find (GOLD TORCHES) for under $100.00 not 300 to 1,000
Remember there is a coral click of well-known coral sellers who jack the prices up. They are a click and make sure they do not try to undersell each other and start a monopoly. Won't mention names as we (ALL) know who they are.

Yeah, $35 on eBay, then $40 for shipping. That's$75, sight unseen. At a lfs, $75 for a 5 head, dual color hammer is "reasonable".

A lot of places have local pickup available. Either way you’re comparing the price of a SINGLE head hammer to the price of a 5 head hammer. $75 for 5 heads vs $100 for 1 head. Maybe now you understand the pricing issue.

I believe the OP showed us a 4 or 5 head dual-colored hammer for which his lfs was asking $100. My point was that i think a 5 head hammer for $75 to 100 is a better buy than a 1 head on eBay for $35 plus shipping.

It wasn’t bi colored. We’ve already gone over the issue that it’s bleached :)

Just curious about how to "nurse a coral back to health" Some of mine could use some nursing.

How is the Big Coral Show / Frag Swap they have there 4 Times a Year in Lancaster?
I think it's only twice a year, but to be honest I'm not 100% sure how they are haha. The next one is in june so that'll be my first one. I heard good things though about it!
