Help with I.D. please??

I know this picture isn't great but hoping someone might be able to help with an I.D.?
My tank is starting to get quite a few of these, mostly on rock. They are very small but clearly growing...
They have a purplish pink body/foot with white tentacles and tiny white balls at the outer ends of tentacles. If you shine a blue LED on them the base of the tentacles glows yellowish??
I'm stumped. Anyone??
