Hi all

A little help please, found this guy.

Do we think keep or get rid? I think its some form of asterias and read differing views on them?

All views and advice welcome.

Def an asterina. If you have one, you’ll have others. I don’t like them but honestly can’t say they’ve caused harm. And some are big ones

Personally I keep them but they can eat really small zoas, established zoas and palys never disappear but ive caught them eating small zoas that were stressed from shipping.

I've seen white spots on coraline algae when they sit on it, it could be eating coraline, im not sure but I spear them with an exacto knife its fun sometimes....
