Help with lighting

I have an aquamai led light for my tank. The problem is, it has alot of preset cycles and you can also customize the lighting. I have no idea what to pick. Any suggestions?

I have just a few coral. The goal is a mixed reef. I have them set to something I like at the moment but idk if it's actually beneficial to the corals
