Help with loud noise RODI booster pump

Please help!!!!!!
I just installed the Aquatic 8800 booster pump for my brs Rodi unit. The noise going crazy like shaking the pipes that you can hear the vibration throughout the entire house so loud. house. I adjusted the pump pressure but doesn’t help . Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Following, have same issue, that's how I know when my barrels full is it shuts off lol.

You need to isolate the pump from your house framing. I hang mine from a screw with a zip tie. Prevents most vibration transmission.

Mine came with rubber legs for mounts, but I soon realized the wet end actually touched the plywood it was mounted on and vibrated like crazy and made a heck of a racket.
So I put a 3/4" thick kitchen sponge between it and the plywood and it is very quiet now. Anything soft would probably work.

Mine did this when I had it hooked up in front of the entire rodi unit. It went away when I hooked it up after the prefilters and before the membrane. This is the configuration shown in the spectrapure manual.

Can you post a picture of how you have it hooked up?

The other thing to keep in mind is that these booster pumps do not like restrictions on the suction side. When they 'cavitate' they do make a racket. I was never able to use a saddle valve with mine, for example. Too restrictive.

I just hooked my spectrapure 1:1 and the pump is noisy, I noticed it does not produce as fast as my 4:1 BRS with a pump.
My pressure is 80 lbs but that might be after the pump and not before.
Question do you think I could have a low psi on suction side and still have 80 going through the membrane?
