Help with my lighting

I was given this tank set up with the lighting in the pics below. I don’t know anything about this light besides it being an LED. Can anyone give me insight on it? I’m having an algae issue where I need to adjust my lights blue vs white, and don’t know how to do that. I’m very new to this world!

I have coral in there + fish and eventually want to get cooler coral. So I’d like a really great light for down the road!

How is that light Mounted? It looks like it is floating in mid air. I’d position it lengthwise with the tank. Not crosswise.

AH! I just changed it. Lit up the tank way better. Because someone gave it to me like that and I’m so new... I thought it stayed like that. Omg
